EduAnant — India's School Operating System

Indian schools run on paper registers, WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets that never agree with each other. Principals fly blind; parents feel locked out; accountants drown at fee-collection time.

Sixteen modules covering the entire school day: the full admissions lifecycle, a fee engine built for Indian fee structures, one-tap attendance, examinations with auto-generated report cards, HR with staff self check-in and UDISE+ exports, library, transport and a reception counter — behind an admin console and separate Teacher and Student/Parent portals, in Hindi and English. A school can run it on its own network, where it keeps working when the broadband line drops, or have us host it. The Android app is live on Google Play.

Since S.D.V. went live in April 2026, the people who use EduAnant every day have shaped every release — the front desk, the fee counter, class teachers and parents. We fix the small frictions they raise, one by one, because minutes saved on routine work add up: less time on registers, receipts and follow-up calls means more time for teaching and for each student's all-round development. Parents, meanwhile, get real-time updates on their child through the portal and the Android app.

EduAnant is not a client deliverable — it is our own product, priced per student by school size, with setup, data migration and training included. S.D.V. Public School in Patna — our client since 2019, and EduAnant's first school — has run admissions, fees, attendance, exams and staff records on it since April 2026, through full admission, fee and exam cycles. Everything we promise clients, we have already done for ourselves.
